1. What is the difference between an original artwork and an art print or canvas print?
An original artwork is handmade by Karin Spijker and exists only once. An art print or canvas print is a high-quality reproduction of an original, printed on premium art paper or canvas. Prints are produced through professional print-on-demand partners.
2. How long does it take to receive my order?
- Original artwork : ships within 3–5 business days.
Art prints & canvas prints (POD) : Delivery time varies by production location. Within the Netherlands, delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, and internationally, 10–20 business days. Delivery time may be slightly longer during holidays.
3. How can I track my order?
After shipping, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the relevant carrier (PostNL, DHL, UPS, or local partners).
4. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders are processed quickly. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@natureartistry.com if you need to cancel or change your order. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible once production or shipping has begun.
5. Are the colours on the website exactly the same as in real life?
We do our utmost to display the colors as realistically as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or lighting.
6. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days at info@natureartistry.com and include clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or a suitable solution.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. During checkout, you'll automatically see the shipping costs and expected delivery time for your location.
8. How can I pay?
You can pay securely through Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and PayPal . iDEAL will be available as soon as Shopify activates it for our store.
9. Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
You have a 14-day return period after receiving your order. Return costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Original artwork can only be returned if it is undamaged.
10. What materials do you use?
- Original work : pencil, ink, watercolor, gouache, acrylic or oil paint on paper or canvas.
- Prints : premium art paper or high-quality canvas, depending on the product.
11. How do I use a discount code?
You can enter a discount code in the "Discount Code" field during checkout. The discount will be applied immediately.
12. How do I contact you if I have questions or problems?
Send an email to info@natureartistry.com or use the contact form on the website. We usually respond within 1–2 business days.
13. Do you offer commissioned work?
Nature Artistry currently focuses on original artwork and prints. For custom work, please send an email request. We'll explore the possibilities together.
14. What formats are available?
Original artwork varies in size and is listed with each product. Prints are available in various standard sizes (e.g., A4, A3, and larger sizes up to 90x120 cm). Other sizes are sometimes available upon request.
15. Do you offer framing services?
Original works are generally shipped unframed, unless otherwise stated. Framing options are available for some prints. This is clearly indicated at checkout.
